Human potential is so exciting! From discovery, to exploration, to invention – we are so deeply creative by nature. Although that creative possibility is within each of us – by design – so many people feel totally disconnected from it, and life has become more routine than extraordinary.
The practice of Mindfulness and Awareness is our gateway back to that vital potential!

There are about 7 billion ways that people get distracted from their own lives. I have written, and teach a program that has been incredibly effective in helping people get re-acquainted with their own possibilities.

Think of it as entertainment in your life. For the cost of a trip to the movies once a week, you could be transforming, learning, visualizing, expanding, shifting, understanding, manifesting, forgiving, re-thinking, empowering, focusing, intending and thriving.

In 1 hour, 6 weeks, 12 weeks, or something totally unique to you or your group, I ‘d love to introduce you to Strategies On Purpose program.
The tools that Katharine taught us are used every day. One of those tools was the ability to not feel guilty for saying no. I also learned not to dwell on someone else's fear/guilt if it’s not something that you are able to help with right at that moment. Also I have learned to stop worrying about “little things” and not to sweat the big stuff either. Life has a way of giving me exactly what I need when I need it.
Meditation is something that I learned from Katharine's program as well and it helps me every day in one way or another, whether it’s dealing with my kids when they won’t calm down or when I have a test and I go completely blank when trying to answer questions.
I had heard about meditation, but never thought it was anything that could help me. But it really works. It helps to calm you down and makes you whole. I still meditate every day, sometimes more than once a day, whenever I need to for 5 minutes. It doesn’t take long.
If I start to panic, and think I have 300 things to do and cannot do any of them, then I need to slow down and start looking at it differently. Negative thoughts bring in negative energy. Positive thoughts bring positive energy. So, I will meditate, and then I am whole. After this I can look at the 300 things differently.
